Today 15th April was a normal boring Sunday. The ‘Dal’ and ‘Sabhji’ prepared by Keshab were becoming monotonous. I took the initiative try out my experiments by preparing ‘Sambhar’ with assistance from Keshab.

The vegetable ingredient were Onion, Carrot and Potato. The Sambhar powder used was one the prepared by my mother.

The sambhar came out very well. I got complements from madam and Keshab. In fact when we went to have dinner, more than 50% of sambhar was already over. The actual complement goes to my mother because Sambhar powder is most important ingredient.
good.. you have the patience to cook!
